Mr. Mohammad Nizamul Hauqe

Mr. Mohamamd Nizamul Hauqe is popularly known as Mr. M N Haque, qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2003 and since then he has been in practice as solicitor. Prior to that he was working as legal Case worker having had qualified as a Barrister in 1996 and called to the Bar in 1997 in number of law firms, including Duncan Lewis & Co, Zoy & Co solicitors. He has also been qualified as an Advocate of Bangladesh entitling him to practice in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh from 1990 prior to which he was permitted to practice to practice in lower courts over there in Bangladesh.

He has thus dual qualifications along with expertise to practice both in England & Wales and Bangladesh. However, he has now been concentrating to practice in England & Wales at the moment.

Notwithstanding that he, along with Mr. Bepari also offer consultancy on Bangladeshi laws, if one so requires.

Areas of practice

In the last two decades or more, he has specialized in Immigration, Litigation, public law, including Judicial Review, Family, Conveyancing (Residential & Commercial), Wills, Probate and Immigration, partnership and landlord & tenants disputes.

Mr. Haque is a founder of Hafiz and Hauqe Solicitors. At present, he is a senior partner of the firm with responsibility of COLP & COFA.

He has represented many landmark cases which set precedents including

MB (Bangladesh) –v-SSHD [2013] EWCA Civ 220 ; AL (ALBANIA) and Ors –v SSHD [2012] EWCA Civ 710;
R (London Reading College Ltd) v. Secretary of State for the Home Department [2010] E.L.R. 809 R (Central College of London Ltd) v. Secretary of State for the Home Department [2012] EWHC 1273 (Admin).

Moshiur Mian

Moshiur Mian

Moshiur Mian graduated from Brunel University and qualified from the College of Law. He was admitted as a solicitor in 2009 following completion of legal training.

Moshiur’s practice comprises of an array of areas including but not restricted to civil and commercial litigation; employment; property; and business affairs. Moshiur represents clients from different walks of life from individual litigants to business organisations.

Md. Halim Bepari

Md. Halim Bepari

Md. Halim Bepari is a British citizen born in South Asia where he first qualified as an Advocate in 1991, and subsequently Advocate of Supreme Court of Bangladesh in the same jurisdiction. He completed his BA (Bachelor of Arts) and LLB (Bachelor of Law) from University of Dhaka and LLM (Master’s of Law) and M.Phil (Master’s of Philosophy of Law) studies in London, United Kingdom. He is now based in London and practicing as an Advocate & RFL, Regulated by Solicitor Regulation Authority. He is a partner in Hafiz and Haque Solicitors based in London and Associate of Alatram Law & Partners based in Saudi Arabia. He is a Member of the Law Society England and Wales, Student Member of Honorable Society of the Lincoln Inn, Member of American Arbitration Association and International Association for Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy (IVR). He is a Researcher of Human Rights field and published his Papers in the European law Journal 1995, University of Bologna, Italy and University of Granada, 2005, Spain. He was a consultant of Insolvency law research project in the World Bank, DC Washington, USA from 2002 to 2010. He practices in Corporate Law, International Agreement, Arbitration law, Property Law, Family law, Immigration Law matter. He has also practiced extensively in the public & private law sector on number of high profile positions including working as Legal Adviser of Higher Education Institution.

He has good understanding of how to deal with issues which clients come across when setting up their business aboard. He believes in professionalism and he has outstanding experience of providing consultancy services to clients from United Kingdom, European Union, Bangladesh and other countries. He also offers international legal consultancy services to clients for running their business out of their home courtiers. He can either handle his client’s business personally or through his network of fellow and trusted professionals.

Muhammed Goni Ullah

Muhammed Goni Ullah

Mr Ullah qualified as a Solicitor in December 2013 and joined at JS Solicitors (Ilford Office) as Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and Compliance Officer for Finance & Administration (COFA) in 2014. He has currently been working at Hafiz & Haque Solicitors as a fee earner.
He has been expertising on residential and commercial property.
He deals with all aspects of residential sales and purchases, commercial sales and purchases including assignment and licences, right to buy, leases, new builds and shared ownership. Mr Ullah also deals with remortgages.
Apart from the above, he does all types of immigration matters, family and divorce, landlord & tenant, wills & probate and litigation (Civil & Criminal).
Besides the legal profession he loves socialising, spending time with family, meeting friends and working for charitable purpose.
